Terms of service

1. Service overview

Legato provides audio streaming in Discord voice channels. The service is provided as-is without guarantee of uninterrupted uptime or constant third-party streaming availability.

2. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Attempt to flood, spam, or bypass bot rate limits and command cooldowns.
• Use the bot to stream illegal material or content that violates Discord Terms of Service.
• Attempt to reverse engineer, disrupt, or exploit the audio infrastructure or servers.
• Use automated scripts to exploit voting rewards or bot features.

3. Availability and maintenance

We work to maintain steady uptime on our Lavalink v4 nodes. Temporary disruptions may occur during node updates, Discord gateway outages, or upstream provider changes.

4. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, the Legato maintainers are not liable for any direct or indirect damages, data loss, or server disruptions resulting from use of the service.

5. Termination

We reserve the right to restrict access to the bot for servers or user accounts that violate these terms or abuse the audio infrastructure.
